Jim's life-long interest in creating, researching, and acquiring planes has resulted in a major collection. He exhibits at Tool Fairs and donates planes to the McLaughlin Museum. Jim volunteers each week at Toronto's "Black Creek Pioneer Village". This December 2004 photo shows a new handle Jim made for one of the Village's implements.
